Garlic Granules (Flakes)

Garlic granules are dehydrated garlic cloves that are coarsely ground, offering a convenient, intense, savoury flavour for cooking without the need to chop fresh garlic. They have a texture like cornmeal, different from fine garlic powder, and dissolve well in liquids, making them great for rubs, marinades, soups, stews, sauces, and seasoning meats or roasted vegetables, adding depth to dishes. It can also be rehydrated in water to make the tub chopped garlic almost every South African Indian has in their fridge.
